1. Trademarks & Game Content

Monopoly GO, MONOPOLY, and all related names, logos, characters, and imagery are trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners, including Scopely, Inc. and Hasbro, Inc. Play Go Boost is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. We claim no ownership of their trademarks or game assets.

2. Our Intellectual Property

All other content on this website — including the Play Go Boost name and logo, text, layout, design, graphics, icons, images we created, and source code — is owned by Play Go Boost or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Limited Licence to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view the site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, frame, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

4. Nominative Fair Use

Game names, event names, and references are used only to accurately describe the Services we provide, under the principle of nominative fair use. Such use does not imply any endorsement by, or affiliation with, the trademark owners, and no ownership of those trademarks is claimed.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, messages, or other content to us, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant Play Go Boost a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting our Services. You remain responsible for what you submit and must not upload anything that infringes a third party’s rights.

6. Copyright Complaints (DMCA / Infringement Notice)

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) where the material appears on our site.
• Your name, address, email, and telephone number.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to support@playgoboost.com. We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material promptly.

7. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your signature. We will review counter-notices in good faith.

8. Repeat-Infringer Policy

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, restrict or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual-property rights.

9. Trademark Complaints

If you believe your trademark is being used improperly on our site, contact us with details of the mark, the registration where applicable, and the URL(s) concerned. We will investigate and act where appropriate.

10. Linking to Our Site

You may link to our homepage in a fair way that does not damage our reputation or imply endorsement or affiliation that does not exist. You must not frame our pages, use our logo as a link without permission, or link in a misleading or unlawful manner. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.
