Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “the customer”) and Play Go Boost (“we”, “us”, “our”) that governs your access to and use of the website playgoboost.com and all boosting and assistance services we provide for Monopoly GO. Please read them carefully — by using our site or placing an order, you accept every clause below.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Copyright Notice, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

• “Service” means any boosting, farming, delivery, or assistance product offered on our site for Monopoly GO.
• “Order” means a paid request for one or more Services, identified by an Order ID that begins with PGB-.
• “Game” means Monopoly GO, published by Scopely, Inc.
• “Account” means your registered Play Go Boost account, and where the context requires, your in-game account.
• “Content” means all text, graphics, logos, code, and materials on our site.

3. About Us & No Affiliation

Play Go Boost is an independent provider of in-game services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Scopely, Hasbro, or Monopoly GO. All game names, trademarks, and assets are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe what our Services do (see our Copyright Notice).

4. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or close an Account at our discretion where these Terms are breached.

5. Services We Provide

We offer boosting and assistance Services for Monopoly GO, which currently include Sticker Boom, Dice, Partners Event, Racers, Stars Vault, Adventure Club, Shutdown, and Account services. Service availability, scope, and pricing may change at any time, and some Services depend on a matching in-game event being active. The description shown on the relevant Service page at the time of your Order forms part of our agreement.

6. Orders, Pricing & Currency

• All prices are set and charged in US Dollars (USD). Other currencies shown on the site are for display convenience only and are converted at an indicative rate; the amount actually billed is in USD.
• Placing an item in your cart and completing checkout constitutes an offer to buy. An Order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an Order ID.
• We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or decline an Order before delivery begins, refunding you in full where payment was already taken.
• Promotional codes and referral credit are applied to the amount actually paid and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Payment & Verification

We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through our payment partners. Payment must be received and verified in full before a Service begins. To prevent fraud, we may verify payment details and delay or cancel Orders that fail verification. We do not receive or store your full card number — card data is handled directly by the payment provider (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Delivery & Turnaround Times

Most Orders begin within 5–30 minutes after payment is confirmed. Event-based Services can only be delivered while the relevant in-game event is live. Any delivery estimate is provided in good faith and is not a guaranteed deadline. If we cannot complete a Service you paid for, your remedy is set out in our Refund Policy.

9. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate game information (username, invite link, friend code, and any details we request). Delivery to the wrong account because of information you supplied is not our responsibility.
• Remain reachable through the contact channel you provided until your Order is complete.
• Do not make in-game changes (e.g. resetting, transferring, or altering your account) while an Order is in progress, as this can disrupt delivery.
• Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times.

10. Account Safety & Third-Party Game Risk

For most Services we coordinate through your contact details and never ask for your game password. Where a Service technically requires access, you share credentials at your own discretion and risk. You understand that the use of any third-party boosting service may be against the Game publisher’s own terms, and that we cannot control and are not responsible for any action taken by Scopely or Monopoly GO against your account, including warnings, restrictions, or bans.

11. Referral Program & Daily Check-in Rewards

We may offer optional rewards such as a referral program and daily check-in points. Any credit, discount, streak, or point earned has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be adjusted, expired, or withdrawn if we reasonably believe it was obtained through abuse, self-referral, multiple accounts, or fraud. We may change or end these programs at any time.

12. Acceptable Use

Your use of our site and Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, abusive chargebacks, harassment of staff, and any attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to our systems. Breaching the AUP may lead to cancellation without refund and a permanent ban.

13. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Because we supply digital Services that begin immediately, some Orders are not eligible for a refund once delivery has started. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that any statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period is waived once we begin work with your consent.

14. Intellectual Property

All Content on this website, other than third-party game trademarks, is owned by Play Go Boost and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from our Content without our written permission. See our Copyright Notice for details.

15. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular in-game outcome, rank, or reward will be achieved.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific Order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of game progress or account, or losses caused by changes made by the Game developer or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Play Go Boost and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including the Game publisher’s terms.

18. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or Services, cancel Orders, and close your Account if you breach these Terms, our AUP, or applicable law, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. Where termination results from your breach, no refund is due for Services already started or delivered.

19. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with an Order, please contact us first — we resolve almost every issue quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may pause your Order and lock your Account. Filing a fraudulent dispute on a delivered Service is a breach of these Terms and may result in a permanent ban and recovery of the disputed amount and related costs.

20. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is always the current one, and the “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. Material changes take effect when posted; your continued use of the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and applicable international consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded. Before pursuing any formal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute with us in good faith by contacting our support team. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.

23. General Provisions

• Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes to the Game, outages, or acts of the Game publisher.
• Severability: if any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in full effect.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a business transfer.
• Electronic communications: you consent to receive notices and Order updates electronically.
• Entire agreement: these Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between us regarding the Services.
